An Experiential Journey of Self-Discovery
What If the Parts of You That Feel Difficult Aren’t Problems to Solve?
Have you ever wondered why certain emotions, reactions, fears, or patterns seem to take over your life at the most inconvenient moments?
What if those parts of you were not problems to solve, but voices seeking to be heard?
In this four-hour experiential workshop, you'll explore the powerful metaphor of "The Table"—the inner gathering place where your beliefs, emotions, memories, inherited patterns, relationships, wounds, wisdom, and intuition all take their seats.
Some of the guests at your table are welcome companions.
Others may be loud, demanding, fearful, critical, or exhausting.
Some arrived through life experiences, family conditioning, trauma, cultural expectations, or ancestral influences.
Others may represent strengths and qualities you've forgotten to invite in.
Discover Who Has Taken a Seat
Through guided reflection, somatic awareness practices, discussion, and hands-on exercises, you'll learn to identify who and what is sitting at your table, how these influences show up in your body, and how they impact your choices, relationships, and sense of self.
Who is currently sitting at your table
How emotions and inner voices live within the body
The difference between mental chatter and embodied wisdom
Inherited beliefs, family patterns, and unconscious influences
How certain "guests" gain power and move closer to the center of your life
Practical tools for recognizing when old patterns are taking over
How to consciously rearrange your table to better reflect who you are becoming
The qualities, strengths, and supportive voices you may wish to invite in
Navigating the many tables we participate in—including family, partnerships, work, community, and society

Listening to the Wisdom of Your Body
Through somatic exercises led by Cherie Duge, you'll practice tracing emotions from thought into sensation, developing a deeper relationship with your body's wisdom and intuitive knowing.
You'll discover how your body often recognizes truth long before your mind understands it.
This is an opportunity to slow down, listen inward, and become more aware of what your body may already be communicating.

Stepping Into Your Own Inner Authority
Most importantly, you'll be invited to step into a new role:
You are the Chairperson of your Table.
You have the authority to choose which voices guide your life, which patterns deserve less influence, and which qualities deserve a more prominent seat.
This workshop is not about silencing parts of yourself.
It is about cultivating awareness, compassion, and conscious leadership of your inner world.
You are not here to fight with the guests at your table.
You are here to become more conscious of who they are, what they carry, and how much influence they have.
And from that awareness, you can begin to choose.
A Journey Within
This four-hour experiential workshop offers space to explore your inner world through reflection, embodiment, conversation, and hands-on practices.
Explore the beliefs, emotions, memories, relationships, patterns, and experiences that have shaped your inner world.
Become more aware of how your emotions and inner voices show up in your body.
Recognize how inherited beliefs, family patterns, unconscious influences, and past experiences may be affecting your choices and relationships.
Consider which “guests” have too much influence, which deserve less space, and which qualities you may wish to invite closer.
Develop a deeper relationship with your intuition, wisdom, and the parts of yourself that may have been waiting to be heard.
From Insight to Integration
By the end of our time together, you'll leave with a visual map of your personal table, practical tools for working with challenging emotions and patterns, and a deeper connection to your intuition, wisdom, and personal power.
The voices and influences currently shaping your inner world
How emotions and patterns can show up through the body
The beliefs and patterns that may be influencing your choices
The qualities, strengths, and supportive voices you may wish to invite in
The ways you can consciously create more space for what supports who you are becoming
Most importantly…
You’ll be invited to reclaim your rightful seat at the head of your own table.

This workshop is not about fixing yourself.
It is not about silencing parts of yourself.
It is about cultivating awareness, compassion, and conscious leadership of your inner world.
You’ll be invited to meet yourself with curiosity rather than judgment, and to explore the many voices within you with greater understanding.
Because every part of you has a story.
And every part of you deserves to be heard.
What might change if you became more conscious of the voices guiding your choices?
What might become possible if you listened more deeply to your body and intuition?
What if you consciously rearranged your table to better reflect who you are becoming?
You are the Chairperson of your Table.
And you have a choice in how you lead.
